If you have lost your physical share certificate, you can apply duplicate share certificate providing the details of Folio number, shares certificate number. If it’s been 7 years and more that you have lost your shares, such shares are transferred to IEPF.
In order to claim shares from IEPF, you have fill IEPF Form-5 and submit it along with duplicate share certificate. If you find difficulty in claiming the lost shares, contact SharesRecoveryIndia.
